We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most forms of Private Insurance for the convenience of our customers.  Insurance carriers require "Medical Necessity" to exist before a transport is authorized and/or paid for.  Medical neccessity could be as simple as a bed confinement which precludes the patient from being transported by any other means, but could vary from one insurance company to the other.  Please call us if you have any questions about insurance coverage.  

Medicare requires a completed Physician Certification Statement (PCS) for all non-emergency transports.  This can be downloaded here.
